Southpoint Financial Wholesale was established in November of 2018 to help service the growing needs of Mortgage Brokers, Bankers, and Loan Officers within our current 16 state region.

Southpoint Financial was founded 23 years ago, and still offers our approved clients some of the best FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional pricing daily, and one of the easiest submission processes in the industry.

In April of 2019 Southpoint added a top tier portfolio of Non-QM products to our offering that has helped solidify Southpoint as one of the fastest growing wholesale mortgage lenders in America!

Submitting a Loan
  1. Log In
  2. Click Add New Loan.
  3. Select Loan Officer and Loan Processor. Upload your 3.4 URLA to Create Loan
  4. Go to loan in your pipeline
  5. Click it open and choose Loan Documents on the left to upload your full PDF file with fee sheet and preliminary findings.
  6. Click Register
How about locking that loan?
  1. Go to Pipeline in Portal and click on the loan
  2. Go to Product Pricing & Lock
  3. This will open Polly and you can lock your loan
